PAY IT FORWARD FRIDAY!
I have had such a wonderful time creating this blog and meeting and talking with so many great people - be they other bloggers or those who simply enjoy visiting blogs. I am grateful to each of you for all of your support in my first few months of blogging. That said, I would like to hold a give away. I am calling it my
Pay It Forward Friday!
I am giving away two different items. The first item is a pair of Southern Living @ Home Wall Sconces. They are red metal with a gold detailing, and a cute little star dangling at the end. I am giving away one pair, and I also have a single sconce. (So, this is two separate giveaways.) I displayed one for you as an example of how it can be used.
The second item I am giving away is a great hardcover recipe book, also from Southern Living @ Home. Still in its original plastic wrap.
If you love recipe books, its a good one!
If you are interested in these drawings, please just leave me a message saying which item , or both, you would like to be considered for. Cole will draw names from a hat! (I hope he doesn't eat the paper before I see the name! LOL) I will hold the drawing next Wednesday.

This is just the sweetest thing.. I'm going to have to think about doing this as well.. What a wonderful way to share a part of ourselves. Any of those would be great in my home.. :-) I know Cole will do a great job of drawing the right name.. hugs ~lynne~

Barb, you always do the sweetest things. I would be so proud to have either of these fabulous gifts. I really enjoy your blog and your friendship. I would like to be considered for both your give-a-way items. I think the red wall sconces are wonderful and I know just where I would use them. I also LOVE cookbooks and use them often. Oh Barb, If the recipes are anything like the ones you shared on your blog and over at Micasa, I would love a copy.I have made two of your recipes and they are now in my dinner line-up.They are quick,easy,and full of flavor.How cute that Cole will be pulling out the names,I bet he will get a big kick out of that.TTYL Kathysue

Sconces would be my choice. And tell Cole I will send him The biggest Animal cookies he has ever seen and they will have bubblegum frosting on them , so he can blow the biggest bubbles . But he has to chose me, "MISHELLE" spell it out Cole and remember "MISHELLE" is the winner!! lol. (maybe i should check and see if those cookies really exist) before i make up a bribe..... mishelle
