Sneak Peak - my new Formal Dining Room

I'm sure that once you see the final reveal, you will 

want to ask "what took me so long?"

After all, it wasn't a large Re-design project, and 

there was no major construction to speak of.
There was major "de-construction" throughout much of the rest of my home - aka "chaos."

Here are the Top 10 Reasons why its taking me so long to get my house back together:
(I will refrain from adding irritating whining noises)

1) Work 

2) Grandbaby got sick. (very sick)

3) Grammy got sick. (very sick)

4) Work (this again?)

5) Son got sick. (very sick)

6) Work (this is getting redundant)

7) Office Taxes

8) Personal Taxes

9) MAJOR Landscaping project! (I beg for torture don't I?)

 10) Grandson got sick, again. Really sick, again.

I wish I wasn't!

But I made some serious headway over the past few 
days around the house.

Have you ever heard of that story about a woman 
who picks up a pair of shoes to take to her bedroom, 
and along the way she realizes she needs to unload 
the dryer, and as she is doing that she decides to throw 
in a load of clothes and goes to her son's room, and sees
 that his closet needs cleaning, so she goes to get a 
trash bag and notices the recycling needs to be taken out....
and five hours later she sees the shoes she wanted 
to take back to her closet that never made it there.  
Sound familiar?

Yea, well - this is also how I decorate.  
From one room to the next.

I call it Decorating ADHD.

No wonder it takes me so long to finish a project.

I have a little more tweaking and puffing of the 
pillows, and I am still trying to decide what to do 
about the windows.

I have decided to leave the large arched windows 
bare and add curtains to the two side windows only.
So now the search for fabric.  
(Here we go again!)

I wanted to give you a little sneak peak, though.  
Not many changes really, same furniture, just a few new accessories.   Enjoy.... :)
