Here at my house, my once small
planting of rosemary is now a shrub!

few months because it grows so fast.

ReplyDeleteI do love rosemary. I like to place a sprig on each chicken breast that is covered in olive oil and salt and pepper and bake. Smells so good cooking.

I'd love to try the fried chicken, that looks yummy.
My husband is a fabulous cook and loves to use rosemary in most all of his dishes. We have purchased rosemary "trees" when they are offered in our local grocery stores, around Christmas usually (I think) anyway, we can never keep them alive. It is such a great aroma and a nice looking plant as well.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE rosemary. It is one of my all time favorite herbs. Sometimes I even put it in butter..and we love it in potatoes and on chicken - xo Diana
