“Flea Market Friday”
I know I have been a little absent of late…
but there is so much to be done now that the weather has warmed.
It’s Good Friday, which means it’s officially time to plant my Garden.
#jiggity
So, if you stop by The Everyday Home for a visit…
I’ll be out back in the garden. Come on back and grab a hoe.
I had fun last week selling some of my treasures which I have
collected, so I thought I would sell a few more this week, also.
I had a lot of emails about the Vintage Irish linens, so
I am happy to announce I have more to offer.
I purchased a huge box of linens from a Catholic church sale
when we were traveling through Ireland. I have only used
maybe one set of napkins, and the remainder has been packed in the
same box all of these years. I have NOT laundered these, and some
have age spots and stains. But, I have seen all types of ways to
handle vintage linens.
So are you ready to get shopping?
#1: Set of 12 Irish Lace Cut-Out Placemats
These are in excellent condition. There are 12 matching placemats,
measuring 10’x17″.

#2: Set/7 Vintage Gauzy-Blue “Tea” Placemats
These are incredibly beautiful and delicate. The details are gorgeous.
These were generally used for teas. They would make fabulous pillows
over a linen form. Set of 7, they measure 10″ x 16″.

#14: Vintage “Belgium”-stamped French Scene
Ginger Jar
I have honestly tried to find out more information about this piece.
The bottom is stamped simply “BELGIUM” with a few numbers.
It measures 16″ tall, and there are no visible cracks or chips.
It is a beautiful and unique item.

#15: Vintage Belgium French-Scene Vase
This vase does have some chipping around the upper edge.
I have tried to show it as close as possible. It does not distract from
this piece at all. It measures 10″ tall.
