I absolutely love the idea of a Home Office that is neat and tidy and features all kinds of unique and interesting cubbies and storage ideas.
I envision a Home Office that is a mixture of whimsy and classic design. Not too stodgy. Not too serious.
I guess I have this longing based upon what my current office at work looks like. (if you think I am going to post a pic of that chaos you are very fooled – LOL)
As a Realtor/Broker and a Property Manager, I have piles of….well, piles. Stacks of papers to be filed, work orders, invoices, contracts. The list goes on and on.
Some dream of a Cabana Boy…I dream of a Filing Boy. 🙂

I am moving into a new office building in a few weeks. Its smaller and cozier and I am very excited to have a new start after a very difficult business year.
My current office is decorated in creams and golds and rust and sage… because I recycled items from my home when I was decorating. But here is the problem, although I love those colors…its also what I have at home. So in essence – I work around those colors and live within those colors. See what I mean?
I have decided to decorate my new office in the same colors as my business card and logo. Blues and greens and whites. Maybe a touch of beachy here and there (after all, we are less than 20 minutes from the ocean)…but most of all a touch of fun! After all….work, work work makes a very dull Barb! 🙂
In the meantime, I am scouring the net looking for ideas.

Love these Home Offices:
This one above is one of my fave I have found online!
Love this green armoire. I have an armoire for my home office. Me thinks me sees a can of green paint in my future. 🙂
Love this office chair.
Can you tell I am drawn to green?
Not sure this is very practical, my coffee cups and wine glasses would leave water marks on that glass. haha But is sure is purdy!
I know…more green. I just can’t help it. But aren’t these wall cubbies so cute?
Thanks for letting me share some of my Inspiration Offices with you. Have a great weekend everyone! Hugs, Barb

Love your biz card! Those home offices are fantastic. My office is a disaster both at home and at the office. Maybe I can find a cabana boy to come in before me each day to tidy up!

Hi Barb…
My friend, your new business card design is beautiful! What a pretty lady you are! I love the idea of a blue, green, and white color theme! Very soft and serene colors…perfect for an office! Wishing your the very best with your move and new office, Barb! Can’t wait to see photos of how you decorate it!!! By the way, I love green…I love about all shades of green! I have olive greens throughout my home…and a beautiful shade of leafy green in my Tea Rose bedroom. I never tire of green!
Thanks for sharing these beautiful office design photos…truly inspirational! My favorite was the spring green and white office…the one with the Eiffel art! Sooo very pretty!
Warmest wishes and congratulations on your move!!!
