The System.
Don’t mess with the system.
I use it every year and every year it works for me.
It’s the ole’ “don’t fix what isn’t broken” routine.
What might this system be that I am referring to?
My system of decorating for Christmas.
I start on my Dining Room Mantel and work out from there…
Culminating in my Kitchen.
The above pics are from my 2012 Christmas Home Tour.
Join me next week for my 2013 Christmas Home Tour.
It starts next Monday.
30 Fantastic Homes over 5 Days.
And it is being sponsored by One Kings Lane.
*(They just might be giving a $250 Gift Card)
I can’t wait for you to see what I’ve been up to…
including in my Kitchen.
Our host this week is Debbie from
Confessions of a Plate Addict.
Thanksgiving is nearly here and I am sure you are all preparing
for that special day with your family, so we really appreciate your
taking the time to join us here at The Scoop! It’s been a busy time
for all of us! Just in case you missed it, we hosted a blog tour
giving you “the Scoop” on creating fall vignettes! You can find a
summary with links to all of the beautiful fall goodness here.
And now we are very excited because we have a very special
guest host joining us tonight…Christy from Our Southern Home!
If you have never visited her blog, then you are in for a treat!
I love her style! Be sure to head on over…and make yourself a
cup of hot cocoa first because you will want to spend some time
visiting with her. Now…here she is!
It’s not too late to plan a fabulous Thanksgiving tablescape!
From the amazing view to the beautiful linens, I am just smitten
with what Mary from Home is Where the Boat Is has created.
Note to self….be on the look out for a neutral, plaid throw!
